ran in a 7 mile cross-country race this morning. 25 degrees temps with 9 creek crossings. lots of mud and tons of people dressed up crazy. it was so much fun! sooo cold at the finish though and it started snowing just as we ended.

here we all are dressed like pirates (gotta love my pants from the thrift store. they were 2 sizes too big, but the skulls went so well that i couldn't resist).
such a fun way to end the race season for the year!

it's getting cold here and dark early, which makes it harder to get my miles in. i'm pulling out the treadmill and i'll be trying to make friends w/it again. i probably won't update my every run here until late winter/early spring when i start training for another 1/2. i will be updating my miles in the sidebar.

i hope you continue to increase your miles and finish the year stronger than you were in the beginning of the year.
