
my run was not the best, but i knew it wouldn't be. i am starting back all over again. i wish i could continue running in the winter and keep everything i work so hard for in the spring, summer and fall, but i just can't do it. it is too cold here and i do not like the treadmill. i have been pretty consistent at exercising this winter though, so i think i will bounce back quicker than i have in some of the previous years. i will be running a half at the end of may and then a full in october, so it will help to have those goals to work toward. i'm also planning on running a 10k this summer. i don't think i've ever signed up for one. i'll be posting here more once i start running outside again. hoping for march.
