45 degrees tonight. burrr! i ran in shorts and a long sleeve t. my legs were feeling pretty numb. i only had a small window of time tonight, so i ran my first two miles close to 9 min. and then my last one was a little slower. it felt pretty good. i feel like i am finally slowly getting back into shape. wish it happened faster though.i'm thinking about getting this:

i'm not into exercise videos, but i keep hearing so many good things about this from other runners. i'll let you know if i try it.

I know what you mean about the cold. Thankfully we are suppose to have warm weather this week. I think Thur. morning is starting out in the 60's a regular heat wave=) Let me know what you think about the video if you get it.
I read some of the reviews on this video and it looks great. It might be good to do on non running days. I like that each workout is under 30 minutes.
I've heard a lot about these DVD's- all good. My favourite is a real old DVD but it is GREAT - The Cindy Crawford Shape your Body Workout (I think it came out in the 90's!!!). I am always so sore after it. However her workouts are 45 mins - 30 mins sounds about right to me. I'd be interested in hearing what you think of Jillian's DVD if you get it.
