tuesday randomness

brrr! it hasn't even reached double digits here today. not sure if it will...
piano lessons and school are the only things on the agenda. oh, and ironing shirts. i really need
to quit putting that off.

the biggest loser isn't on any more. i liked watching it on tuesday nights. so inspirational. it was one of two shows i watch.

ran 5 miles this morning on the treadmill. it actually went pretty fast today.
yesterday i didn't exercise and i didn't eat the best. the two always seem to go hand in hand!
when i exercise, i am less likely to eat a bunch of junk because i remember how hard i had to
work to burn those calories. anyone else experience the same thing?

i can't remember where i saw this, but i love this. maybe i will do something like this next year.

I try to eat healthy because I know it will make exercising easier and I'll feel better, too. It's a little harder during the holidays, though.

i am the same! BL is the only tv show i watch - i just don't have time to get into more shows and i love how inspiration it is. (and i love seeing the people get healthy!)

i am also the same about eating/exercising. i will PIG OUT when i am in a workout slump, but when i am in a good routine i eat healthy in order get the best results possible. hopefully the workout/healthy eating days outnumber the unhealthy ones :)

Love the picture but what I really like about it is the red door. I've always wanted a red front door. Noce job on the 5 miles on the dreadmill!

Yeah for five miles on the treadmill! I am the opposite, I eat more junk food when I am running more. Weird, I know!
