depends on what you mean by junk, but I think I'm up for it. Especially the 6-7 days of exercise.

I mean things like no pop, baked goods, chips, fast food, candy, etc.
All stuff you are already avoiding.

I am going to be traveling this weekend. But I think I can get 4 out of 5 days & that includes today (Sunday.) As for junk food...I don't eat much junk food or drink much soda. BUT, I love to have a diet soda on a road trip. So, I will limit my junk food, but have only two diet sodas on my road trip (2400 miles)...did I REALLY just say that?!?!? Thanks for the push.

Yeah, we already avoid that stuff, but like Mary said, I like to drink diet soda on a road trip. Since we got back I haven't had any soda.... I miss my Diet Dr. Pepper, that stuff is like crack.

So (after today) I am with you. Both with the exercise and the junk!

Sounds like a good, healthy goal for the week! You can do it!

I'm gonna do your challenge with you! This goes along with my 30 days of no chips challenge. I just got done doing 30 days of no sugar. But I think the chips will be even harder. I struggle with this and it's good to know someone else is doing it with you. I don't have a problem with the exercise. It's all in the eating for me. I tell myself that it's my reward for surviving the day or that I'm exercising so I'm allowed to have a treat. Such backward thinking.

same here, Jen. Exercise is not the problem. I need to make healthier food choices.

Wendy-
I am a lurker that is going to try to delurk for good!!! But I am so taking you up on this. I have been eating very clean for seven weeks now but for the last 2 I have allowed some things that aren't helping me meet my goals slip in! As for the exercise I do 5 days a week but could definetly benefit from 6 days! I really need these smaller goals to launch me to the major goal which is to get down to 16% bodyfat and lose the last 15 pounds to get there.... We shall see!

I love your blog. We have lots of things in common.

I am a 35 yr. old mommy to three kids and homeschool as well. I love Jesus Christ and I run(just not marathons!! Too scary of a commitment for me! ;)) too!

God bless you!
Sincerely,
