Isaiah 43:18-19
18
"Forget the former things;
do not dwell on the past.

19 See, I am doing a new thing!
Now it springs up; do you not perceive it?
I am making a way in the desert
and streams in the wasteland.

i am not going to dwell on the past- on the heartache of what has been. He is going (and has already) to do something new. nothing is too great for Him to accomplish. i am reminded of His power and His ability to do just that.

and hope is here.

Speaking of hope... 2 Cor. 4:16-18 reminds us to hope. It begins, "So we do not lose heart." Yes, always hope.
