to celebrate the first day of fall, i made this. if you haven't tried the recipe, you really should. it makes 3 loaves, so we're going to share some with neighbors, even though i think we could eat all 3 in one day.
i'm making this tonight. a new recipe. the house smells so good today. ahh, i love fall!

i love her recipes, but try not to make them very often (not usually the healthiest). i'm thinking i may need to get her cookbook?!

you should make it, kate! you're running enough miles to burn it off. i wish i could say the same is true for me.

The bacon on the meatloaf sounds really good and the pumpkin bread is something I'd like to make soon. It would make it seem like fall even though it still feels like summer.

Oh, that meatloaf is soooo good!! I have the cookbook,my hubby bought it for me for Christmas...it's addictive!

The pumpkin bread looks so yummy, too! I make mine very similar, I use a little bit less sugar and I add a tsp. of pure vanilla.

I'll bet your house did smell really wonderful! I made her chicken spaghetti last night and we had pumpkin bread for breakfast so ours smelled pretty good yesterday, too!

Completely agree with you about Fall..we are so ready for it. Now, if it would just get below 90 during the day, that would be great! lol
