started using the shred again today. (the kids did it with me using soup cans again, so cute!) i've never been a fan of exercise videos, but i love this one. check out the reviews...
it's probably not the most ideal time to start this, but i need to get back on track. my short break from running turned into a longer-than-i wanted break, so i'll be checking in here to keep myself accountable.
the plan is to do each level for 10 days. i will plan on doing this for the next 30 days, with a couple days off for christmas.

I've used it, actually originally on your recommendation! And I love it! I am planning to start again with it in the New Year. Good for you starting now, that's motivation.
It's definitely the best DVD workout I have used - tough, but good! :)
