it is HOT here! we're under a heat advisory for the whole week w/heat indexes between 110-115.
needless to say, it has made running tough. i can handle the heat; it's the humidity that's the killer.
i didn't end up getting my 14 in last weekend. in fact, i didn't run at all over the weekend. we were super busy with a friend's (beautiful!) wedding. when i had a small window of time to run, it was just too hot. such a wimp.
this week is 4, 7, 4, 15. i'm going to make sure i get it all in.
i ran 4 this morning in 90 degree 100% humidity, but i felt ok.

Did you pick those pretty flowers from your yard? It's hot here, too, but we've made it through June and half of July - so that's good! Hope your 15 goes well!
farmers market. i'd like to plant some, but i'm afraid the deer would eat them. they seem to eat everything here, so i need to do some research on that.
beautiful flowers!! this heat has been crazy - actually, this has been the hottest summer in GA since we've been here (over 11 years). i don't want to wish summer away, but it won't be long before fall is here!
we've been breaking records here too. it's been so so humid.
