i seem to have lost the joy in running lately.
i haven't had a run in a long time where i just felt awesome.
let's hope that the joy returns sometime soon.
i want to enjoy this, and focus on being thankful that i am able to run.
only 25 more days!

You're probably tired from training for the marathon. Understandable! Maybe you can make a little change somehow? Might help!
Go for a run with no plans/goals - just run, stop for pictures, stop for a walk break, throw in some short bursts of speed - just run like a kid at recess! Gotta hold on to that loving feeling :)
Thanks, ladies! good idea, Lindsay! I think I will do that today on my 5 miler. :) It's 70 here today too, so that will be great.

i know that feeling now and then. a few days break may get you itching to get out there?! praying the next run is awesome and joyful!
Hang in there, Wendy! Maybe throw in something to make it fun again: a new song on the iPod, a new running top or socks, different flavor Gatorade, anything little to mix it up a little or turn it into a game. You are almost done!
