rainy day and h1n1 has hit our house, so it was a 3 on the treadmill kind-of-day.
needless to say, we had to cancel having guests in our home for the next 2 weeks. thankfully, another family at church offered to host them. such a bummer, but i'm glad it happened when it did so we didn't spread it to them. i think (hope) we're almost on the mend. somehow i've remained healthy so far, which is a major blessing since i need to take care of everyone.
i printed off a 1/2 marathon training schedule and i'm hoping to stick w/it (as much as possible) for the next 12 weeks. i need some kind of direction and plan. anything that keeps me moving and doing something during the cold/dark months. i want to be ready to run a PR for the 1/2 in april!
