
::by the time i could squeeze in a run today, it was pouring rain and lightning. this was my solution. i ran on the treadmill in the garage between lots of boxes and the car. i wasn't sure it was going to work, but i'm so glad it did. and, amazingly i didn't fly off the treadmill into the garage door! success!
in other news, i'm going to order
this book. i really need to make some changes to what i am serving my family. i also need to be more consistent in menu planning. i
printed this menu planner out tonight, and thought i'd share the link in case you are struggling with this too.

few things;-) cool that you did the TM run! woo-hoo. i've found sticking my cheap long mirror up in front of me while I run on the indoor TM helps a lot.

Glad you got your run in...my exercise has been non-existent this week between being sick & going into work early and staying late! Anyway...when is moving day???
