it's official: my 4th marathon will be twin cities! based on the reviews, i think it will be a perfect fall marathon.
the course looks beautiful!
i'll be staying with my friend amy that weekend, which will be a lot of fun. remember her?
she's the awesome friend that roller bladed and biked next to me during my long runs for chicago in 2009.
this year i think my two oldest kids will be able to bike next to me for some of my long runs, which
will be a fun way to spend some time with them one on one.

My oldest rode his bike with me for several of my long runs before my first marathon. I treasure every moment and conversation. It was priceless. I'm excited that you decided on your next marathon!

I'm a little biased, but I think the hills are along side the best scenery. And Summit Avenue...to run on Summit...ahhh. I went to college here and trained for my very first marathon on these roads so it brings back many wonderful running memories for myself. SO EXCITED for you:)
You will love it! It is a beautiful course. I'm hoping to run the 10 mile race that same day if I can get in through the lottery. It's tough but I'm keeping my fingers crossed. If I do, I'll stick around and cheer for you!

Yay! So glad you are running another full! Fall marathons are my favorite, hands down. There is just something so great about that time of year.
