out-of-town and couldn't fit any running in, so i hadn't gone since thursday. had to eat out for the last few days, but tried to make somewhat healthy choices...although, that m c griddle was not healthy, but very good!
4 miles tonight felt pretty good and i was glad to get back to it. my long run this week is 9. only about 3 weeks before the 1/2 now. hoping for a week of good running and lighter eating.

Interesting. I am training for my first 1/2 in October. Nursing a sensitive knee. Its interesting to read how your runs are. I enter mine in Runner's World to help me keep track.
