not the best week...
lots of rain and storms this week.
wednesday - i ran 7 miles and felt great. it was one of those days that i felt like i could keep going.
love those days.
didn't run again until saturday. ran 5 miles off and on. i found out that morning that my grandma on my dad's side died, so i just didn't have it in me to run. the funeral will be this wednesday. i'm going to miss her a lot, but i'm so thankful that she is in heaven and no longer in any pain.
