ran w/my friend carol today. my legs were sore from the 7 yesterday, but the run went pretty well. it's amazing how fast the time goes when you are chatting away. it was 60 degrees, with the wind at our backs most of the way...perfect running weather!
i thought again today about how being able to run is such a gift from God. the giver of my every breath. i am thankful.
