not the best run, but i didn't expect it to be with so many days off lately. life has been busy and it has been hard to find the time to run. it is also getting dark earlier, which makes it more of a challenge too. i was glad to get some miles in tonight. hoping to get a good long run in this weekend.

I am with you! I am loving that cooler weather is on the way but it does get darker sooner which makes this very hard, especially since i have a husband running too. he will have to let me run first! :)
I don't think the offcial time changes until Nov 7th or something like that but the days are for sure getting shorter.
