ran 10 today. my friend amy roller bladed next to me the whole time, what a good friend!
it was such a beautiful day today - mid 60's/low wind - perfect for running!
i felt great today. felt like i could have kept going. ahh, love when that happens!

I have not felt like running more after 10 yet...even the day I went for 12...I had to make myself keep going. Maybe one day...
