3 in the rain. when i left it was just sprinkling, but shortly after it started to down pour. i could have turned around, but i decided to do 3. i hadn't run since saturday and i wanted to go so bad.
VERY FAST! I know what it feels like to run at that pace and there is NO WAY I could maintain that for three miles. Maybe if it were a race but that's it! WOW!!!!!!
