55 and windy. beautiful and sunny. a great running day. amy roller bladed next to me again today. we chatted the whole time, which was so nice.

the 20k (12.4) is 3 weeks from today. i am right on track w/my training and looking forward to it.
planning on a rest day tomorrow...maybe a family bike ride.

oh that is wonderful you have a 20 k coming up... wish we had one here... there's tons of 5k's nad 10k's but not halves until the late fall... glad your long run went well!
