wow, it has been so busy here! we refinished and painted our basement, replaced carpet in our living room, and cleaned our house from top to bottom. today we had the realtor open house and tonight we had our first showing. we just got another call tonight from a realtor saying she has someone that wants to see it tomorrow night. so exciting that we are already having some traffic!the offer we made has a contingency saying that we must sell our house within 45 days. it took us a week to get our house ready to list, so now we will just wait and see what happens. even if we don't sell it, we're getting lots of things done around here that we always meant to do. putting your house up for sale is such a great motivator!
it was 55 and sunny today. perfect running weather! i saw so many runners out today. i can't wait to get out there again!
--update-- the couple that looked last night is coming back tonight, and there is also someone else coming at 4:00 today. let's hope for an offer!
